The giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is operated by Kvisp (“Kvisp”, “Us”, “Our”, and “We”).

Rules

The following Rules apply to the Sweepstakes and are in addition to the terms and conditions in Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Please read these rules carefully. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you affirmatively review, accept, and agree to all the rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, You (the "Entrant") agree to these Rules and confirm that You meet the eligibility requirements. Kvisp’s decisions are final and binding. Any questions or issues related to the Sweepstakes should be directed to Kvisp.

Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates (the “Entry Period”) specified in the Sweepstakes post on Kvisp’s social media channels (the “Post”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Prizes

The winner(s) (the "Winner(s)") will receive the prize described in the Post.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals at least 18 years old and residents of countries where Kvisp products are sold and shipped. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Kvisp, as well as their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible. Kvisp reserves the right to verify eligibility.

How to Enter

Enter by following the instructions in the Post. Entries that do not meet all rules may be disqualified at Kvisp’s discretion. Multiple entries via multiple email addresses, identities, or devices are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Jury & Winner Selection

A jury of two members from Kvisp’s Social Media team (the “Jury”) will evaluate entries based on originality and assign a score (the “Score”). Winners will be selected based on the highest scores.

Winners will be notified via direct message on social media within three (3) days after the Sweepstakes closes. If a Winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Kvisp is not responsible for undelivered notifications due to spam filters or incorrect contact details.

Receipt of the prize is conditional upon compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any violation of these Rules, as determined by Kvisp, will result in disqualification.

Shipment of Prize

The Winner must provide a delivery address within three (3) days of notification. The Prize will be shipped within five (5) days after Kvisp receives the address. Receipt of the Prize is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Disqualification

Kvisp reserves the right to disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process, violate these Rules, or engage in fraudulent behavior. Attempts to damage Kvisp’s website or disrupt the Sweepstakes may lead to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

By entering the Sweepstakes, You agree to release and hold harmless Kvisp and its affiliates from any liability arising from:

• Your participation in the Sweepstakes.

• Unauthorized human intervention.

• Technical errors, including hardware or software malfunctions.

• The inability to deliver the Prize due to circumstances beyond Our control.

Kvisp is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or digital communications.

Modification of Rules

Kvisp reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in cases of fraud, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond its control. If necessary, Kvisp may select a winner from eligible entries received before and/or after any corrective actions.

Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. Disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the courts of Belgium. Participants waive the right to claim damages beyond out-of-pocket expenses.

Winner Announcement

To request a copy of the winners list, contact Kvisp within two (2) weeks of the Entry Period's end.

No Social Media Endorsement

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform. You understand that you are providing your information to Kvisp, not the social network.

By submitting Your personal details, You agree to Kvisp processing them for the Sweepstakes, including announcing the Winner, per Kvisp’s privacy policy at [https://kvisp.com/policies/privacy-policy]. By entering, You agree to receive promotional updates from Kvisp, which You may unsubscribe from at any time.

Kvisp reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction where legal issues arise.

UGC Terms & Conditions

Kvisp - User Generated Content (UGC) Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Kvisp, registered at De Steenbok 26, 5215 ME Den Bosch company number 83096485, contacts content creators (“Content Creators”) to use their photos/videos related to Kvisp’s products or services (“Content”) for promotional purposes. These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between Kvisp and the Content Creator.

Intellectual Property and License

The Content Creator retains ownership of the Content but grants Kvisp a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use the Content for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including reproduction, translation, modification, distribution, and public display.

The Content Creator confirms they own the Content and have rights to grant this license. The Content must not be deceptive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or unlawful.

Kvisp will credit the Content Creator (e.g., tagging their account) unless they request otherwise.

By replying “#YesKvisp” to Kvisp’s request, the Content Creator grants permission for use.

Termination and Changes

Content Creators may revoke Kvisp’s license by contacting info@kvisp.com. Kvisp will remove the Content from its channels as soon as reasonably possible.

Kvisp may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication at this URL.
