30-Day Return Window:

We want you to love your Kvisp carrier — but if something isn't right, we've got you covered with a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To start a return, simply reach out to us at info@kvisp.com mentioning your order number and we'll guide you through the process. 

Our customer support team can also help you answer any questions around fitting the seat on your bike and help with installation tips and tricks.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

  • Products can be tested, but should be in new condition using original packaging when returned
  • Returns have to be sent to our warehouse in the Netherlands
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
  • You're free to use any carrier or delivery partner of your choice when sending your return
  • Once we've received your returned products, we will refund you your original purchase (excl. any shipping charges, if charged) within 14 days.

NON-EU Returns

For returns from outside the European Union — including the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU countries — please be aware that as a small business, we're not in a position to assist with customs clearance or communicate with customs authorities on your behalf. 

Return shipping costs, potential re-import duties, and ensuring the package arrives safely at our warehouse are the sender's responsibility. We can only accept packages delivered directly to our door, cleared and duty-paid.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to order the replacing item you want and return the item you don't want. Please email info@kvisp.com for return instructions for the item you don't want. Once we've received your returned product, we'll refund the replacing product.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund timing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that it can take up to 14 days after delivery for your return to be processed.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
